This database is being implemented in a modular way, as funds and human resources allow. The project needs funding for further stages, the priorities for these being determined largely by the needs expressed by partners in the Overseas Territories. The first modules cover strategic conservation priorities; sources of information on a range of conservation issues; and a database of projects and potential projects (which can be used from the project defining stage, through fund-seeking and implementation, to making the results available).
