J.R. O'Neal Botanic Gardens: The gardens provide opportunities for education and outreach, research, and tourism. Royal Botanic Gardens Kew have supported such initiatives for many years.  Recent workshops facilitated by RBG Kew have covered seed collection for the millenium seedbank project. RBG Kew’s Millennium Seed Bank holds collections of threatened and endemic plants from several UK Overseas Territories, including endemic and endangered plants from BVI.
