The Management of Protected Areas for Sustainable Economies project (MPASSE) - part funded by the EU, is providing the National Parks Trust of the Virgin Islands with funding to develop facilities for visitors at several sites: Sage Mountain National Park, Tortola; Gorda Peak , The Baths, and Copper Mine Point national parks on Virgin Gorda and the iguana headstart facility on Anegada. Developments under this project will provide enhanced facilities for visitors as well as management plans and actions to sustain and enhance the value of these sites.
